Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to inform you that, as of May 16th 2005, the hotel at
505 Sherbrooke East in downtown Montreal will be abandoning the
« Crowne Plaza » brand name. Over the summer, the hotel will be undergoing a beautifying process before joining a prestigious, renowned international hotel brand. As such we have had to use an independent name until the transition has been completed, this name will be:

« Plaza Hotel Centre-ville Downtown Montreal »

Please rest assured, we will continue providing the highest quality of service which you have been receiving up until now. Our goal is still to reach and exceed all your needs and expectations.

For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

I would also like to inform you that all reservations made with us before May 16th through the Crowne Plaza central reservations system are still valid and will certainly be honoured. There is no need to worry - we are aware of all the reservations made prior to the above date; however, if you feel more comfortable confirming the reservation(s), you may do so by calling or (514) 842-8581 to speak to a reservations agent who will be more than happy to assist you.
